All booking requests require users to register with this site. Once registered, you can view and manage your bookings, quickly add new bookings and view any invoices you have been issued.

All bookings must attach their own activity risk assessment here.

CUSTOMER booking: Please upload your ACTIVITY risk assessment for approval by our booking team. A blank risk assessment template can be found on our Home page under Documents. Please duplicate and attach with your booking. A copy of the church risk assessment can also be found under Documents for information purposes only.
STAFF booking: you will need to attach the church building risk assessment. The system cannot be processed without a risk assessment of some description.

Conditions of hire *

I am 18 years or older and I accept the Christ Church Community Hub conditions for hire (see attached) This includes signing the Safeguarding Declaration Document, in person, at the start of my booking. A staff member will be present to assist you with this.
