Please note that all booking periods must take into account the setting up and putting away of any equipment.
A £50 Refundable Security Deposit is required when booking the Nave. Please refer to our hire agreement, in Documents on the Home page, for further details.
In addition, in order to secure your Nave booking we will require a Booking Deposit of £50. If the total cost of your booking is less than £50, please pay the full amount of your invoice plus your £50 Refundable Security Deposit.
If hiring the Meeting Room, your full balance must be paid immediately.
Cancellations and refunds can also be found in our hire agreement.
